This unbelievably tasty Chicken Alfredo... whole skillet under 350 Calories!

This is a great quick and semi-homemade recipe when you are looking to toss ingredients together and get a filling and satisfying meal! The low calorie secret is found in the noodles!

Chicken Alfredo

Cook Time | Approx. 30 minutes | Servings: 2 | Calories per serving: ~175 cals

Ingredients:

1 package of fettuccine Miracle Noodles (found at Whole Foods or other healthy grocery stores)

4 oz. chicken breast

1 cup Classico Creamy Alfredo Sauce

1 tsp. garlic powder

Pinch of salt

Pinch of pepper

Parsley for garnish

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Place the chicken breast on an oven safe pan and cook for 25 min, or until cooked all the way through.

While the chicken is cooking, In a separate sauce pan add the Classico Creamy Alfredo sauce,  garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook on medium-low heat until heated through. Approximately 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile prepare the Miracle Noodles. I like to follow the steps from a ketoblog I found while on my healthy food mission! These noodles can be easy to prepare in a not so tasty way, but I've found following these directions can make them enjoyable!  https://ketodietapp.com/Blog/post/2015/03/26/how-to-cook-and-like-shirataki-noodles

When noodles are cooked add them directly to the pan with the Alfredo sauce. Keep warm on low heat until the chicken is done.

Shred or slice the chicken once it is cooked and add to the sauce pan. Throughly mix all ingredients, garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve.
