Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Easy prep the night before for a quick ready-to-go breakfast in the morning!

 

 

Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

 

Cook Time | Approx. 10 minutes | Servings: 1 | Calories per serving: ~165 cals

 

Ingredients:

 

1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

 

1/2 cup oats

 

1/4 cup plain greek yogurt

 

1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce

 

2 tsp of cinnamon

 

1/2 tbsp honey

 

Optional: If you have a sweet tooth like me add 1 tsp of your favorite zero calorie sweetener

 

Combine all ingredients in a sealable container. Mix well, cover and place in fridge over night. Enjoy in the morning for a quick and delicious breakfast!
