These bite sized individual brownies are perfect for taking to parties or setting out as dessert for your guests. They are low in calories coming in at 86 calories a brownie bite compared to store bought (140 cal)!
Top them with a dollop of whip cream and a drizzle of caramel or any of your other favorite toppings!

1 box ducan hines super moist chocolate cake mix
2 cups cool whip light (thawed)
1 cup water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a bowl mix together the cake mix, cool whip, water, and the egg.
Line a cup cake pan with cupcake liners. Scoop the batter into each cupcake tin filling about halfway.
Bake in the oven for 22-27 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when poked into the cake. Remove and let cool completely. Once cooled gently remove the cupcake lines by peeling the sides off first and then peeling off the bottom. Top with whatever you would like! The ones featured are topped with a dollop of whip cream and a 1/2 tsp caramel drizzle. You can also try my raspberry mousse topping!
