Smoked Salmon Bites

Need an appetizer in a hurry? These smoked salmon bites require no cooking or baking time! Just prep the ingredients, assemble and enjoy. 


The presentation of these bites are so elegant, it makes it look like a lot of effort was put in to it! No one will know how simple they really are!.. Unless you tell them of course.


Smoked Salmon Bites


Cook Time: Approx. 30 min | Servings: 30 bites | Calories per serving: ~22 cals




8oz smoked salmon (I used Nova brand)


30 town house italian herb crackers


1/3 cup creamy dill weed sauce


Fresh dill weed to garnish


For the Dill Weed Sauce:


1/2 cup light sour cream


1/4 cup light mayonnaise


3 tablespoons chopped dill weed


1 tsp lemon juice


1 tsp salt


1 tsp pepper


Optional: 1/2 tsp zero calorie sweetener

In a small bowl combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped dill weed, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir ingredients together until throughly combined. If you are like me and like to take the sour edge off of mayonnaise you may add in 1/2 tsp zero calorie sweetener.


Start to assemble the salmon bites. Lay out 30 crackers on a tray.


Tear off cracker-size pieces of the smoked salmon and lay on top of each cracker. Then top each piece of smoked salmon with 1/2 tsp of dill sauce. Garnish the top with fresh dill for presentation. Enjoy!
