No Bake Whipped Pumpkin Pie

It's officially November, which means Thanksgiving is just around the corner and pumpkin everything is in stock! What better way to enjoy the fall season then with a NO BAKE pumpkin pie! Just mix all the ingredients and put it in the fridge!

 

To make this recipe a little easier I used a remade pie crust- but if you are feeling up to the challenge feel free to make your own homemade crust! This dessert is perfect light and fluffy with all the decadence of pumpkin flavor.

 

No Bake Whipped Pumpkin Pie

 

Cook Time: Approx. 20 min | Servings: 8 slices | Calories per serving: ~198 cals

 

Ingredients:

 

4oz whipped cream cheese

 

1 cup pumpkin pie filling

 

1 tub light cool whip

 

1/2 tsp pumpkin spice

 

1 tsp ground cinnamon

 

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

 

1 premade graham cracker crust

 

Optional Toppings:

 

whipped cream

 

caramel drizzle

 

sprinkle of cinnamon

In a bowl combine the cream cheese, pumpkin pie filling, cool whip, pumpkin spice, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Stir all ingredients together until throughly combined.

 

Pour ingredients into the prepared pie crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

 

Top with additional whip cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired you can also top with caramel drizzle!
