Easy Greens- Brussels Sprouts

Easy green number three! Brussel sprouts!! Growing up my siblings and I used to call brussels sprouts the "hot air balloon" vegetable because of its bulb like shape!

It's amazing how much a little oil, salt and pepper can go! It can take your bland veggies into a whole new world! Feel free to experiment with tossing in extra spices from time to time and see what flavors you can make! I happen to love garlic flavor so tossing in a bit of garlic powder with these are one of my favorites!
