Theres nothing better than Thanksgiving left overs but sometimes you can get tired of eating them the same old ways. Try out some of my thanksgiving left over creations!
Cranberry Turkey Sliders
Cook Time: Approx. 15 min | Servings: 4 (2 sliders per serving) | Calories per serving: ~414 cals
8 oz left over turkey shredded
4 tbsp of cranberry sauce
4 slices of Havarti cheese
8 left over rolls (I use Hawaiian)
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Cut the rolls in half to make slider "buns."
Top each bottom bun with 1 oz of turkey. Top each ounce of turkey with 1/2 slice of havarti cheese. Scoop .5 tbsp of cranberry sauce onto the top. Place rolls onto the prepared baking sheet keeping the top bun separate from the bottom.
Bake in the oven 7-10 minutes or until leftovers are throughly heated through! Take out of oven and place top buns over the bottom right before eating.
