Buffalo Turkey Slider

Turkey Sliders! A great way to use those thanksgiving left overs! Quick and easy, great for snacks if your still hosting family in town and great for kids. These buffalo turkey sliders are inspired by my buffalo chicken bites I used to make when I was in college.

Great turkey flavor with a nice kick! Calorie count may vary based on what kind of left over rolls you have. My family loves Hawaiian rolls so that is what I will be using!

Buffalo Turkey Sliders

Cook Time: Approx. 15 min | Servings: 4 (2 sliders per serving) | Calories per serving: ~296 cals

Ingredients:

8 oz left over turkey shredded

4 tbsp whipped cream cheese

4 tsp Franks Red Hot sauce

8 left over rolls (I use Hawaiian)

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Cut the rolls in half to make slider "buns."

In a bowl mix the shredded turkey, hot sauce, and cream cheese. Combine until the turkey is throughly coated with the sauce.

Top each bottom bun with 1 oz of turkey then place the top bun back on. Put all rolls on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the oven for 7-10 minutes until turkey is heated through and the buns are a little crisp.

Enjoy!
