Classic Thanksgiving Turkey Slider

Turkey Sliders! A great way to use those thanksgiving left overs! Quick and easy, great for snacks if your still hosting family in town and great for kids. I can't get enough of mashed potatoes and gravy so I'm always looking for ways to work them into my meals!

What better way than to add them to a sandwich!? This slider is like thanksgiving all wrapped up in one bite! Calorie counts may vary depending on how you prepped your mashed potatoes and gravy.

Classic Thanksgiving Turkey Sliders

Cook Time: Approx. 15 min | Servings: 4 (2 sliders per serving) | Calories per serving: ~322 cals

Ingredients:

8 oz left over turkey shredded

8 tbsp of mashed potatoes

8 tsp turkey gravy

8 left over rolls (I use Hawaiian)

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Cut the rolls in half to make slider "buns."

Top each bottom bun with 1 oz of turkey. Scoop 1 tbsp of mashed potatoes on top and drizzle 1 tsp of gravy over top. Place the buns on the prepared baking sheet keeping the top bun separate from the prepared bottom half.

Bake in the oven 7-10 minutes or until leftovers are throughly heated through! Take out of oven and place top buns over the potatoes right before eating.

Enjoy!
