Sticky Skirt Steak
This steak has so many great flavors going on I absolutely love it!Its so simply quick and easy yet satisfies a variety of cravings. This steak recipe is a great one to prepare the night before and let it marinade all night long!

When you're ready to cook just dump it in the pan and cook! SO easy. Pair it with one of my 3 easy greens and you have a light and simple meal!
Sticky Skirt Steak
Cook Time: Approx. 15 min | Servings: 4 (about 5oz per serving) | Calories per serving: ~274.5 cals
Ingredients:
1 lb 4oz skirt steak (2 large skirt steaks)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 can of chili peppers in adobo sauce
From the can you will need
2 tbsp adobo sauce
1 chili pepper
1 tbsp honey
4 minced garlic cloves
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp grated ginger
Combine all ingredients in a zip lock baggie and marinate in the fridge for at least an hour or over night.
When ready to cook empty the steak and all the sauce into a skillet on medium high heat. Cook the steak 3-5 minutes on each side or until the steak has reached your desired cooked level.
